Excess weight
Any weight exceeding the agreed limit will incur an additional charge of 18p plus VAT per kilogram.
Extended collection time
In the event that the collection surpasses the agreed time, there will be a fee of £1 plus VAT for each additional minute.
Mattress disposal
For the removal of each mattress, there will be an extra charge of £20 plus VAT.
Fridge disposal
If a fridge needs to be removed, there will be an additional fee of £30 plus VAT.
